Authorization Letter
Required when the registrant is not the person being digitized.
1. Parties
This authorization is between the Registrant (the person placing this order) and EterSoul Inc., with respect to the creation of a digital soul based on the Subject's likeness.
2. Subject's Consent
The Subject named below has been informed of and consents to the creation of their digital soul by EterSoul using the materials provided by the Registrant.
3. Scope
The Registrant is authorized to upload materials on behalf of the Subject and to manage the resulting digital soul account.
4. Data Use
All materials are used exclusively to create the Subject's digital soul. They are never shared or used to train other AI systems.
5. Revision Policy
Premium orders include 1 revision round. Heritage orders include 3 revision rounds. Additional revisions are available at the hourly rate stated in the order.
6. Withdrawal Right
The Subject or their legal heirs may withdraw this authorization at any time by emailing [email protected]. EterSoul will cease services and securely delete all related data within 30 days of receiving a written withdrawal request.
7. Governing Law
This authorization is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America.
