What happens after the first free year?
From year two, an annual service fee applies: Classic $14.99/yr, Deluxe $29.99/yr, Premium $299/yr, Heritage $499/yr. The fee covers ongoing conversation, journal generation, and video greetings.
Where does the digital soul live?
At world.etersoul.me — EterSoul's platform for digital lives. Each soul has a dedicated space accessible via any browser. The companion app is in development.
Can I customise after delivery?
Yes. Premium and above include a dedicated Soul Advisor for ongoing persona, voice, and memory refinements. All plans can request adjustments; major changes are reviewed annually.
Will uploaded materials train other souls?
Never. Uploaded content is used exclusively for the commissioned digital soul and is never shared with or used to train any other model.
Can this be created for a family member?
Yes. Heritage includes optional on-site filming and legal notarisation for family archiving. Please contact your Soul Advisor.
What happens if I do not renew my annual subscription?
Your digital life will enter a state of "Hibernation," pausing all active interactions. We provide a 6-month complimentary cold-storage grace period. During this time, you can securely download your memory archives or reactivate them by renewing. To strictly protect your privacy, if the subscription is not renewed after 6 months, all associated digital archives will be permanently and securely erased.
